You can tighten it to 9 Nm (80 lb in).

Q: What is the removal procedure for the power steering fluid cooler (With Hydroboost)?
A:
The procedure is to remove the following: the radiator grille, as much power steering fluid from the power steering fluid reservoir as possible, the power steering fluid cooler bolts, and the power steering fluid cooler from the vehicle.
