Q: Shock, shock component, and/or spring removal procedure?
A:
First, remove the shock module from the vehicle, install the shock module into the spring compressor, and turn the spring compressor forcing screw until the coil spring is compressed. Next, remove the shock absorber upper retaining nut and the shock absorber from the shock module. Finally, remove the upper control arm bracket assembly.

Start by removing the tire and wheel. Remove the lower mounting bolts and the front shock yoke. Next remove the front shock absorber assembly upper mounting bolts, and the front shock absorber assembly.

25/10/2021Q: What are the shock absorber and spring installation procedures?
A:
First, install the front shock absorber assembly in the vehicle, and install the front shock assembly upper mounting bolts. Make sure to tighten the bolts to 112 Nm. Next install the upper control arm to the steering knuckle, and the retaining nuts. The retaining nut needs to be tightened to 60 Nm. Install the mounting bolts, and tighten the bolts to 25 Nm. Finally, install the shock to the shock absorber yoke.
