Q: What is the engine oil cooler hose/pipe installation procedure?
A:
First install the engine oil cooler hoses to the vehicle, connect the engine oil cooler hose to the engine, and install the engine oil cooler bolt. Next, install the engine cooler hose, reposition the engine oil cooler hose clamp, and install the radiator hose to the engine oil cooler hose. After that, reposition the radiator hose clap, install the air cleaner, and install the air cleaner resonator outlet duct. Finally, install the left engine splash shield, and fill the charge air cooler coolant.

Q: What is the engine oil cooler hose/pipe removal procedure?
A:
First, drain the coolant, and reposition the radiator hose clamp at the engine oil cooler hose. Next, remove the radiator hose from the engine oil cooler hose, remove the left engine splash shield, and remove the air cleaner resonator outlet duct. After that remove the air cleaners, remove the engine oil cooler hose, remove the engine oil cooler bolt, and disconnect the engine oil cooler hoses. Finally, remove the engine oil cooler hoses from the vehicle.
