The proper way is to recover the refrigerant, drain the coolant, and remove the following: joint clamps, IP carrier, and foam from the A/C lines.

A:
Start by removing the right-side instrument panel insulator. Next, remove the blower motor control module, and disconnect the electrical connectors. Make sure the right air temperature actuator screw is tightened to 2 Nm.
