The procedure is to remove the brake master cylinder nuts, inspect the O-ring seal on the master cylinder body for damage and replacement, remove the brake booster pushrod retainer bolt, remove the brake booster pushrod retainer, disconnect the brake booster pushrod from the brake pedal pin, remove the power vacuum brake booster, and then remove and discard the power vacuum brake booster gasket.

A:
The proper way is to install a new power vacuum brake booster gasket, install the power vacuum brake booster, install the power vacuum brake booster nuts and tighten to 33 Nm (24 lb-ft), install the stop lamp switch, and then install the power brake booster vacuum sensor and vacuum hose.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the power brake booster vacuum sensor?
A:
The procedure is to turn the ignition switch to the OFF position, apply and release the brake pedal several times until the brake pedal becomes firm to delete the power vacuum brake booster vacuum reserve, disconnect the electrical connector from the vacuum sensor, remove the vacuum sensor with check valve and hose assembly from the power vacuum brake booster, and then release the clamp and remove the vacuum sensor from the vacuum hose.
