First, you should relieve the fuel system pressure and remove the upper intake manifold with the lower intake manifold. Then, you should remove the fuel pipe retaining clip, disconnect the fuel feed pipe from the Fuel Injector rail and use compressed air to remove debris from the area where the fuel injectors enter the intake manifold. After that, you should remove the fuel rail bolts and the fuel rail with the fuel injectors. Then, you should disengage the fuel injector electrical connector lock, disconnect the fuel injector electrical connector and remove the fuel injector retainer clip and the fuel injector. Finally, you should remove and discard the fuel injector seals.

First, you should remove the primary fuel tank module. Then, you should use two flat-bladed tools to carefully pull both locking tabs outward while simultaneously lifting the level sensor. After that, you should use a small bladed tool to push in the electrical terminals while simultaneously pulling out.

You should remove the fuel tank, disconnect the electrical connectors from the primary and secondary fuel tank modules and the fuel and evaporative emission lines, remove the secondary fuel pump module, use the CH 45722-wrench to remove the cam lock ring by turning counterclockwise, and remove the primary fuel tank module and the O-ring.
