Q: How to remove the control solenoid valve and transmission control module assembly?
A:
First, you should remove the control valve body cover. Then, you should disconnect the input and output speed sensor electrical connector and the shift position switch electrical connector. After that, you should remove the 4 control valve body bolts M6 x 80 and position the control solenoid valve spring to the side. Then, you should remove the 2 control valve body bolts M6 x 65, the control valve body bolt M6 x 42, the 3 control valve body bolts M6 x 95, and the control valve body bolt M6 x 55. Finally, you should remove the control solenoid valve body and transmission control module (TCM) assembly and remove the control solenoid valve assembly filter plate.
