Q: How to measure the voltage?
A:
You should disconnect the electrical harness connector for the circuit being tested and enable the circuit and/or system being tested. You should turn in the ignition, with the engine off, turn on the engine, the circuit, and/or system with a scan tool in output controls and the switch for the circuit and/or system being tested. Then, you should select the V (AC) or V (DC) position on the DMM, and connect the positive lead of the DMM to the point of the circuit to be tested and the negative lead of the DMM to a good ground.

You should raise and support the vehicle, remove the tire and wheel assembly, separate the wheel drive shaft from the knuckle if needed and remove the rear brake rotor and the rear wheel speed sensor.
