With the help of an assistant install the bolts and hinge to the door and body of the vehicle. Tighten the hinge to body bolts to 35 Nm (26 lb. ft.). then tighten the hinge to door bolts to 15 Nm (11 LB-FT.

Start with connecting the outside door handle and the lock rods. Next, install the door handle with the bolts and tighten it to 4.5 Nm (40 lb. in). lastly install the door seal trim.
