First, remove the compressor and the three adjustable dowels from the J 37872. Next, install three 5/16 x 1 inch bolts in place of the dowels and remove the compressor clutch plate bolt. After that remove the compressor clutch plate from the compressor and remove the compressor pulley snap ring using the J 6083. Remove the compressor pulley from the compressor and remove the clutch coil snap ring using the J 6083. Finally, remove the compressor clutch coil from the compressor.

Q: How do I install the blower motor?
A:
Start with installing the Blower Motor into the motor cup, then install the blower motor by attaching the nuts, and attach the service ring to the motor cup using the screws included with the kit. Then install the blower motor and service ring into the HVAC module with screws included in the kit, then install the motor cover and retaining screws. Lastly, connect the blower motor's electrical connector.
Q: How do I install the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) case?
A:
Start with placing the HVAC case in its correct spot, and then install the lower HVAC screws and tighten them to 1.8 Nm (15 lb in). Close the passenger compartment filter door and inspect the foam Heater Core seal. If damaged, replace. Attach the heater core to the HVAC module and install the heater core cover. Replace the drain tube seal and the front of the dash seal, place the HVAC module in the vehicle and fill the cooling system.
Q: What is the installation procedure for the blower motor resistor?
A:
The procedure is to snap the Blower Motor Resistor into the HVAC and connect the blower motor electrical connector.
