FAQ for A/C Condenser Repair

Q: What is the air conditioning condenser removal procedure?
A:
First, remove the charged air cooler outlet pipe and recover the refrigerant. Next, remove the compressor hose and the condenser tube from the condenser. Remove the condenser bolts and slide the condenser down to disengage the upper mounting tabs from the radiator. Finally, remove the right and left radiator side baffles.
