First, inspect the timing chain tensioner and install the compressed piston assembly back into the timing chain tensioner body until it stops at the bottom of the bore. Install the timing chain tensioner assembly and tighten the chain tensioner to 75 Nm. Finally, install the camshaft cover and connect the negative battery cable.
