Q: What is the air conditioning clutch installation procedure?
A:
First install the coil assembly, a new coil assembly retainer, and the pulley and bearing assembly to the A/C compressor. Next, install a new pulley and bearing assembly retainer. Install the clutch driver to the splined shaft, the new air conditioning clutch screw, and tighten to 10 Nm. Finally, connect the electrical connector to the A/C compressor coil assembly and install the air conditioning drive belt.
