Q: What is the air conditioning evaporator front tube installation procedure?
A:
First, install the front evaporator inlet line to the vehicle and connect the surge tank outlet hose to the underhood junction box retainer clip. Install the O-rings to the rear evaporator line assembly and a new sealing washer to the front evaporator inlet line. Next, install the front evaporator inlet line to the A/C condenser lower bolt and tighten it to 16 Nm.
