Q: How do you remove the air conditioning condenser?
A:
You need to recover the refrigerant from the A/C system, remove the grille, the discharge hose retaining nut, the discharge hose from the condenser, the evaporator hose retaining nut, and the evaporator hose from the condenser, disconnect the electrical connector from the outside air temperature sensor, remove the outside air temperature bracket bolt, the bracket, the sealing washers from the hoses, the condenser retaining bolts and the condenser, and then cap off the condenser fittings.

Q: What is the installation procedure for the air conditioning condenser?
A:
The procedure is to add the specified amount of PAG oil directly into the condenser if replacing the condenser, remove the plugs from the condenser fittings, install new sealing washers, the condenser, the condenser retaining bolts, the outside air temperature bracket and the outside air temperature bracket bolt, connect the outside air temperature sensor electrical connector to the sensor, install the evaporator hose to the condenser, the evaporator hose retaining nut, the discharge hose to the condenser, the discharge hose nut and the grille, evacuate and recharge the A/C system, and then leak test the fittings of the component.

A:
The procedure is to remove the auxiliary HVAC module, disconnect the electrical connectors from the auxiliary Blower Motor, and then remove the screws from the auxiliary blower motor, the auxiliary blower motor, the retaining clip from the fan cage, and the fan cage from the auxiliary blower motor.
Q: How do you install the auxiliary blower motor resistor assembly?
A:
You can install the Blower Motor Resistor into the blower case and the retaining screws to the blower case, connect the electrical connector to the blower motor resistor, and then install the left rear quarter trim panels.
Q: What is the removal procedure for the heater core?
A:
The procedure is to drain the engine coolant, remove the A/C accumulator, the engine cover, the right knee bolster bracket, the cowl drain tube bolts, the cowl drain tube, the hose clamps, the inlet and outlet heater hoses from the Heater Core, right hinge pillar trim, the ground lead at the right hinge pillar and the harness connector and bracket in the right hinge pillar, disconnect the radio antenna lead-in cable at the right hinge pillar, remove the heater outlet duct at the left side of the heater case, reposition the wire harness at the hinge pillar and the heater case, remove the screws from the heater assembly, open the heater core access door, cut the marked section of the heater core access door and remove the access door, and then remove the retainers from the heater core and the heater core.
