Q: How do you install the engine oil level sensor and/or switch?
A:
You can install the oil level sensor to the oil pan, connect the engine harness electrical connector to the oil level sensor, lower the vehicle, fill the engine with NEW engine oil, and then start the engine and inspect for leaks.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the engine oil level sensor and/or switch?
A:
The procedure is to raise and support the vehicle, place a suitable drain pan under the oil pan drain plug, remove the oil pan drain plug, allow the oil pan to drain completely, re-install the oil pan drain plug until snug, remove the drain pan from under the vehicle, disconnect the engine harness electrical connector from the oil level sensor, and then remove the oil level sensor from the oil pan.
