The procedure is to install the radiator support to the vehicle, the bolts, the forward lamp harness to the radiator support, the radiator to the radiator support, the air conditioning condenser to the radiator support, the fuel vapor canister, and the lines to the radiator support, the headlamps, the primary hood latch bracket to the sheet metal support, the ground wires to the support, the wiring harnesses into the clips on the front and the back of the support, the headlamp connectors and the parking lamp connectors to the lamps, the grille, and the radiator, and then connect the negative battery cable.

Q: How do you remove the radiator support?
A:
You need to disconnect the battery negative cable, and then remove the radiator from the vehicle, the grille, the headlamp, and the parking lamp connectors and the harnesses from the radiator support, the headlamp assemblies, the wiring harnesses from the clips at the front of the support and the back of the support, the ground wires from the support, the primary hood latch cable from the sheet metal support and the latch, the fuel vapor canister and the lines from the radiator support, the air conditioning condenser and the lines if equipped, the forward lamp harness from the radiator support, the bolts retaining the radiator support to the vehicle and the radiator support from the vehicle.

The procedure is to install the radiator insulators, the radiator, the fan shroud bolts to the top of the radiator support, the fan shroud bolts to the sides of the fan shroud, the engine oil cooler lines, the automatic transmission oil cooler lines, the radiator inlet hose to the radiator, the hose clamp at the radiator inlet housing, the outlet heater hose, the outlet heater hose clamp, the coolant recovery reservoir, the air cleaner assembly, inspect the automatic transmission fluid level and the engine oil level.
