A:
You shall position the Fuel Level Sensor to the module bucket and slide the sensor down, install the fuel level sensor wiring under the module clip, connect the fuel level sensor electrical connector to the module cover, and install the fuel tank module.
Q: What is the fuel tank module installation procedure?
A:
First, install the fuel level sensor and install a new fuel tank module seal onto the fuel tank. Next, install the fuel tank module lock ring and connect the fuel sender wiring harness electrical connector to the fuel tank module. Connect the fuel sender wiring harness electrical connector to the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor. Connect the EVAP canister vent front pipe quick-connect fitting and the fuel pump feed line quick-connect fitting to the fuel tank module. Finally, install the fuel tank.
