Q: How to remove the Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve?
A:
You need to remove the refrigerant and remove the nut from the TXV mounting stud. Then you need to remove the evaporator tube and the compressor suction hose from the TXV and remove and discard the seal washers. After that, you need to remove the TXV bolts and the TXV. Finally, you can remove and discard the seal washers.
