You need to disable the SIR system, disconnect the negative battery cable, and remove all related panels and components. Then you need to restore as much of the damage as possible to factory specification, and you need to note the location and remove the sealers and anti-corrosion materials from the repair area, as necessary. After that, you need to locate and drill out all factory welds. Finally, you need to remove the damaged Radiator support.

You need to drain the cooling system and remove the fan and the drive belt. Then you need to secure the Water Pump pulley and remove the water pump pulley bolts and the J 46406. After that, you need to remove the water pump pulley, the water pump bolts, and the water pump. Finally, you need to discard the gasket.

You need to install the outlet Radiator Hose to the radiator and reposition the outlet radiator hose clamp to the radiator. Then you need to lower the vehicle and install the outlet radiator hose to the thermostat. After that, you need to reposition the outlet radiator hose clamp to the thermostat housing. Finally, you need to fill the cooling system.
