You should apply the brake pedal several times until the brake pedal becomes firm to deplete the vacuum brake booster vacuum reserve, remove the brake fluid from the brake master cylinder reservoir and then discard the brake fluid into an approved container.

You should remove the master cylinder nuts, the brake pushrod retainer bolt, the brake pushrod retainer, the 4 brake pedal bracket nuts, and the brake master cylinder adapter.

You should install the supply and return hoses to the vehicle and the retainers, install the ABS module splash shield bolts, and the ABS module splash shield retainer, and then install the left front wheelhouse liner.

You should remove the master cylinder reservoir cap and diaphragm, install suitable fittings to the master cylinder ports, install transparent hoses to the fittings installed to the master cylinder ports, fill the master cylinder reservoir, ensure that the ends of the transparent hoses running into the master cylinder reservoir are fully submerged in the brake fluid, remove the transparent hoses from the master cylinder reservoir, install the master cylinder reservoir cap and diaphragm, remove the fittings with the transparent hoses from the master cylinder ports and then remove the master cylinder from the vise.

You should remove any dirt or debris from the brake pipe fitting and then cap the brake pipe fittings to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
