You should install the breaker bar with a hex-head socket to the belt tensioner bolt, the drive belt under the idler pulley, and the air cleaner outlet duct.

A:
You should remove the air cleaner outlet duct, rotate the drive belt tensioner clockwise, remove the drive belt and then remove the breaker bar and socket from the drive belt tensioner bolt.
