Q: What should you do before replacing the Intermediate Steering Shaft?
A:
You should turn the ignition switch to the OFF position, remove the key from the ignition lock cylinder, rotate the steering wheel, remove the left side instrument panel insulator panel, place match marks on the steering column shaft and the intermediate steering shaft, raise and support the vehicle and place match marks on the intermediate steering shaft and the steering gear pinion shaft.

A:
You can tighten the bolt to 36 Nm (27 lb-ft).
