A:
You can install the new valve seal, the valve spring, and the retainer, compress the valve spring, install the valve spring keepers, disconnect the air hose and air hose adapter, remove the EN-43649-valve spring compressor and EN-43649-10-valve spring compressor adaptor set, install the spark plugs, the camshaft roller followers and the camshaft, remove the EN-43653-flywheel holding tool and install the starter.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the Valve Stem Oil Seal and Valve Spring?
A:
The procedure is to leave the transmission in first gear, remove the starter, install EN-43653-flywheel holding tool, remove the camshaft and the camshaft roller followers, install the EN-43649-10-valve spring compressor adaptor set, the cross bars and locks of the EN-43649-valve spring compressor, remove the spark plugs, install an air hose adapter, attach an air hose to the adapter, pressurize the cylinder to 690 kPa (100 psi), compress the valve spring, remove the valve spring keepers, the valve spring, the retainer, and the valve seal.
