A:
You can locate the damaged section of the washer hose, cut the electrical tape and cut and remove the damaged section of the washer hose.

Q: How do you install the washer hose?
A:
You can use a 9.5 mm (3/8 in) vacuum hose to replace the damaged section, overlap the washer hose onto the plastic tubing, secure each end of the vacuum hose with a 100 mm (4 in) cable tie, verify the repair, check the system for leaks, use electrical tape to retain the repaired section to the exterior of the electrical wire harness conduit and secure the hose with cable ties.
