Q: What are the steps for SDM programming?
A:
First, verify that there is a battery charge of 12 to 15 volts. Only use an approved Midtronics(R) PSC 550 Battery maintainer. Connect the MDI to the vehicle. Select J2534 MDI and Reprogram ECU from the Select Diagnosis Tool and Programming process screen. Select SDM Sensing and Diagnostic Module from the Supported Controllers screen. Follow the on-screen instructions.
