Q: What is the radiator crossmember installation procedure?
A:
Install the radiator support and the radiator support bolts. Install the front crossmember brace, the front frame to body bolts, and the front crossmember brace bolts. Remove the jack stand, and install the lower 2 bolts to the upper bumper support. Install the power steering cooler, and the power steering cooler nuts, and lower the vehicle. Untie the condenser radiator fan module from the upper bumper support, and install the front bumper fascia.

Q: What is the radiator crossmember removal procedure?
A:
Remove the front bumper fascia, and tie the condenser radiator fan module to the upper bumper support. Raise and support the vehicle. Remove the power steering cooler nuts and position the power steering cooler securely out of the way. Remove the lower 2 bolts from the upper bumper support, and support the frame with a jack stand. Remove the front crossmember brace bolts, remove the front frame to body bolts, and remove the front crossmember brace. Lastly, remove the radiator support bolts and the radiator support.
