About Acura Integra Rack and Pinion Boot

The Acura Integra was one of the first Acura models to be launched in the United States in 1986. Throughout its life, the model has been praised for its handling, performance, and reliable parts. Integra appeals to drivers with high-quality parts, such as the rack and pinion boot. The steering rack boot is made to be accordion-like to allow lateral and vertical movement depending on how the suspension reacts. At one point, the steering rack boots were composed of plastic but now the rack and pinion boot is made from rubber.
But the worn rack and pinion boot needs to be repaired or replaced for better Integra performance. The rack and pinion boot is used to prevent any contaminants from entering the rack and pinion system. The removal process for the rack and pinion boot is as follows. Raise and support the vehicle first. Then remove the front steering components (inner and outer tie rod ends). Finally cut the clamps holding the boots in place. From the body parts to the performance parts, a long catalogue of advanced Integra parts is given online. We provide nice services and Integra parts to consumers.
