The Acura ZDX production was discontinued in 2013. It has been dedicated to providing a comfortable driving experience and much security for its users. ZDX has manufactured and marketed plenty of quality vehicles and parts, including the EGR tube parts. The EGR tube has been designed to last you a very long time, but since they are located in a certain spot and hot exhaust gases travel through it a lot, it can wear out, which makes the EGR system impractical.
Although ZDX has lots of auto parts with impressive performance, its EGR tube parts still need repair and maintenance after a long time of usage. The removal process for the ZDX EGR tube parts is as follows. First, open the hood. Next, remove the engine cover, the air filter, the coolant lines (if needed), and the EGR valve electrical connector. Then remove the EGR valve mounting bolts and pull them off the EGR tube. Finally, remove the EGR tube mounting hardware and remove it from the exhaust manifold/intake manifold. The ZDX EGR tube is usually located near the intake manifold that has a tube running down to the exhaust manifold. There are lots of premium ZDX parts and devices online.
