Before I order, I need to know if this item is the small round rubberized piece that snaps into a bracket on the top part of the clutch pedal,When the clutch pedal is depressed, (pushed toward floor board) far enough, and you turn the key ignition switch at the same time,it allows the car to start. Th approximate dimensions of the round stopper pad is:Diameter = 1/2 inch,and the length is 1/2 inch.The length dimension does not include the length of the nipple that protrudes out of the back side of the stopper
