    There is a clip that is placed under the big opening in this part. If you turn this upside down you will see a track on the right side and the left side..This clip is used to move that assembly back and forth. I think the part number is 91503-s47-003 I need two of them does that come with this part?

    Yes right side is passenger side. Garnish comes with the clips but does not come with the bolts or screws.
