    I'm currently shopping for an engine splash shield for my 2016 Hyundai Sonata SE. As I understand, both 29130-C2000, and 29130-C2001 are original parts numbers used for 2015-2017 Sonata SE models. However I've also noticed that there is a cheaper but identical looking part for the hybrid models under the parts number 29130-E6000. My question is, are these parts basically identical and vary only in name or would the 29130-E6000 truly not fit onto my SE model?

    They are different parts. The 29130-C2001 is the one meant for your vehicle. The difference may be where the bolts line up or where the clips go to hold it up.
