  • Features

Monroe Max-Air™ Load Adjusting Rear Shock Absorbers are featured as follows:
    • Adjusts to varying road conditions.
    • Upgraded strut technology for OE-style control and handling.
    • Patented Acceleration Sensitive Damping (ASD) technology.
    • Controls excessive body and tire movement.
    • Reduces vehicle bounce, roll, sway, brake dive, and acceleration squat.
    • Converts kinetic energy of suspension movement into thermal energy to be dissipated through the hydraulic fluid.
    • Works on the principle of fluid displacement on both the compression and extension cycle.
Monroe Max-Air™ Load Adjusting Rear Shock Absorbers MA719 are considered a high-quality suspension part made purposely for controlling spring and suspension motion in vehicles. It has advanced strut technology which provides OE-style control and handling, patented Acceleration Sensitive Damping (ASD) technology, and chrome piston rod for extended life. The shock absorber works by transforming the kinetic energy of suspension travel into heat energy that is dissipated through hydraulic fluid. This process helps to manage excessive body movement, tire deflections, vehicle pitch (body bounce), roll (body lean), sway (lateral instability), brake dive, acceleration squat and keep constant handling and braking efficiency. Monroe Max-Air™ Load Adjusting Rear Shock Absorbers are responsive to different road conditions enhancing better steering response, better stopping performance, and improved stability.
Monroe leads in suspension part manufacturing offering many innovative products such as premium shocks and struts. Monroe has fourteen engineering centers all over the world thus it is dedicated to providing advanced technology and high performance solutions for different vehicles including domestic passenger cars, SUVs, trucks, and heavy duty vehicles.
