Your page shows a different size and shape TIPM for that part #. Did Dodge change this and will my wiring harnesses plug into this other one? Also, does the new TIPM have to be programmed or flashed at a dealership or is it plug and play? Also will this fit my vehicle per vin?

THOSE PICS ARE NOT 100% ACCURATE, THEY ARE JUST GENERIC PICS AND THAT P/N SUPERSEDES TO P/N R8028002AE, AND YES IT WILL HAVE TO BE PROGRAMMED BY A DEALERSHIP....FYI YOUR WIRING HARNESS SHOULD FIT THE NEW PART.....
