Q:
Does this part only refer to the hood release cable or does this part also include the lever to open the hood? I'm trying to find the lever that goes under the dash to open the hood and charge port but the plans are not clear on that.

The lever to open the hood is 65621-3na0a. There are two other assemblys needed also if trying to go all the way up to the charge port. You would also need 65670-3NA0A as well as 65601-3NA0A.
