Q: How to install the evaporator core?
A:
You need to install the evaporator core, secure the upper half and the lower half, install the A/C compressor control module and the evaporator case, secure the evaporator case with the 2 mounting bolts and with the nut, install the drain hose to the evaporator case and the refrigerant inlet and the outlet pipes to the evaporator case, connect the electrical connector of the A/C compressor control module and the electrical connector of the A/C evaporator temperature sensor, install the blower case, enable the SIR system, connect the negative battery cable, evacuate and recharge the A/C system, operate the A/C system, and inspect the A/C system for refrigerant leaks.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the evaporator core?
A:
You need to discharge and recover the refrigerant, disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the blower case, disconnect the electrical connector of the A/C compressor control module and the electrical connector of the refrigerant temperature sensor, remove the refrigerant inlet and the outlet pipes from the evaporator case, the drain hose from the evaporator case, the two mounting bolts, the one nut, and the evaporator case, and release the 2 lower lock tabs from the A/C compressor control module, slide the A/C compressor control module upward to remove the A/C compressor control module, disengage the retaining clips to separate the two halves of the evaporator case, separate the two halves of the evaporator case, and remove the evaporator core.

Q: How to install the heater core?
A:
You need to install the Heater Core to the heater case and the heater case.
Q: How to install the blower motor resistor?
A:
You need to install the resistor to the blower case and connect the electrical connector of the Blower Motor Resistor electrical connector, and the PCM.
Q: What is the removal procedure for the condenser?
A:
You need to disable the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system, discharge and recover the refrigerant, disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the front bumper, disconnect the hood latch cable, slide the hood latch cable out from the hood latch assembly, disconnect the electrical connector from the SIR forward discriminating sensor, disconnect the condenser fan electrical connector and the 2 horn electrical connections, remove 1 bolt and the horn, connect the Receiver-dryer outlet-to-evaporator inlet pipe fitting, remove 1 nut and the discharge hose, the 6 screws and the radiator center brace, the 2 condenser mounting bolts and the condenser, cap the refrigerant system openings, remove the 2 bolts and the 2 screws from the condenser fan, and the condenser fan from the condenser.
