Q: What is the fuel sender assembly installation procedure?

Install the fuel level sensor to the fuel sender module and clean the fuel sender sealing flange. Install the new fuel sender seal and use the J 45722 tool to install the fuel sender lock ring. Next install the fuel pipes, the fuel sender sensor electrical connectors, and the fuel tank.
