2008 Cadillac CTS Coolant Hose

First, you need to drain the coolant. Then, please disengage the auxiliary Water Pump inlet and outlet hose from the auxiliary water pump and disconnect the auxiliary water pump electrical connector. Finally, you should remove the lower fan shroud bolts, push the fan shroud rearward of the vehicle and press the auxiliary water pump push retainers and pull the auxiliary water pump rearward of the vehicle.

First, you need to drain the coolant, remove the electric cooling fan assembly, the lower and upper condenser mounting bolts, and the transmission oil cooler mounting bolts, and disconnect the lower retainer pins of the side air baffle from the Radiator. Then, please remove the radiator support bracket bolts, and the radiator support brackets and use J 38778 to remove the radiator/condenser upper support, use J 38185 to disconnect the surge tank inlet hose from the radiator. Reposition the hose aside. Finally, you should use J 38185 to disengage tension on the radiator inlet hose clamp and disconnect the hose from the radiator, use J 38185 to disengage tension on the radiator outlet hose clamp and disconnect the hose from the radiator and disconnect the upper retainer pins on the side air baffle from the radiator and remove the radiator.

First, you need to partially drain the cooling system, remove the upper intake manifold, and disconnect the surge tank outlet pipe from the Thermostat. Then, please remove the coolant pipe/thermostat housing bolt, the coolant pipe upper bolt, and the coolant inlet pipe from the thermostat. Finally, you should remove the thermostat bolts, remove the thermostat and discard the thermostat seal.
