First, you need to install the motor to the shroud and install the cooling fan motor retaining screws. Then, please install the fan blade to the motor shaft and rotate the fan until the fan drops onto the shaft. Finally, you should install the fan blade retaining nut to the motor and install the cooling fan assembly.
