Q: What should be noticed when installing the secondary camshaft drive chains?
A:
You mustn't remove the pin holding the tensioner until the secondary Timing Chains are installed.
Q: How to install the Drive Belt Tensioner?
A:
You may need to position the drive Belt Tensioner to the left cylinder head, install the drive belt tensioner bolt and tighten the bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb-ft), then install the drive belt and new seal, next recharge the A/C system, install the right engine mount strut and connect the negative battery cable.
Q: How to install the Camshaft Intermediate Drive Shaft?
A:
You may need to position the Camshaft intermediate drive shaft to the engine, align the bolt holes, install the camshaft intermediate drive shaft retaining bolts and tighten the bolts to 15 N.m (11 lb-ft), finally install the camshaft intermediate drive shaft sprocket.
