You should raise and support the vehicle, remove the front tire and wheel assembly, and then disconnect the outer tire rod from the steering knuckle.

The procedure is to raise and support the vehicle, support the rear axle, remove the stabilizer shaft link retaining nut from the frame, remove the lower shock absorber nut and bolt from the rear axle, and then remove the coil spring and the upper insulator.
