You can add refrigerant oil to the evaporator, install the evaporator core to the auxiliary HVAC module and the evaporator core seal, reassemble the case halves, install the auxiliary HVAC module screws, reassemble the lower HVAC halves, install the lower HVAC case screws and the auxiliary HVAC module, and then leak test the fittings.

Q: What is the installation procedure for the air conditioning evaporator and blower module assembly?
A:
The procedure is to install the module from the vehicle, the module assembly nuts, the module assembly nuts, the heater assembly, the evaporator and blower module assembly, the evaporator and blower module assembly retaining screws, new O-ring seals, the accumulator to the evaporator, the accumulator retaining nut, the evaporator inlet tube to the evaporator, the evaporator inlet tube retaining nut and the evaporator inlet tube retaining screw, connect the blower motor resistor assembly electrical connector, the blower motor assembly electrical connector and the low-pressure sensor electrical connector, install the coolant recovery reservoir, evacuate and recharge the A/C system, and then leak test the fittings of the components.
