The procedure is to install the Radiator support to the vehicle, the bolts, the forward lamp harness to the radiator support, the radiator to the radiator support, the air conditioning condenser to the radiator support, the fuel vapor canister, and the lines to the radiator support, the headlamps, the primary hood latch bracket to the sheet metal support, the ground wires to the support, the wiring harnesses into the clips on the front and the back of the support, the headlamp connectors and the parking lamp connectors to the lamps, the grille, and the radiator, and then connect the negative battery cable.
Q: What is the removal procedure for the water pump (V8)?
A:
The procedure is to remove the air cleaner outlet assembly, drain the cooling system, reposition the radiator vent inlet hose clamp at the coolant air bleed pipe fitting, remove the radiator vent inlet hose from the coolant air bleed pipe fitting, reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp at the Water Pump, remove the radiator inlet hose from the water pump, reposition the radiator inlet hose and vent inlet hose out of the way, remove the accessory drive belt, reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp at the water pump, remove the radiator outlet hose from the water pump, reposition the outlet hose out of the way, reposition the heater inlet hose clamp at the water pump, remove the heater inlet hose from the water pump, reposition the inlet hose out of the way, and then remove the water pump bolts and the water pump and gaskets.
