Q: How do you reroute the wire harness?
A:
You can disable the SIR system, move the seat to the maximum forward position and raise the seat to its maximum height, disconnect connector C308 from under the driver's seat cross-beam, unclip the seat airbag harness (yellow or black conduit) and pull the harness out from under the seat, add NyoGel 760 Lubricant (dielectric lubricant) to the terminals on both sides of the connections, tape the gray clip on at 110 mm (4.33 in) from the back of the connector, and then repeat the above procedure on the passenger seat.

A:
You can move the seat to the maximum forward position, raise the seat to its maximum height, locate the airbag and body wire harnesses, secure the air bag harness to the body harness, and then remove the excess tie strap with wire cutters.
