02/11/2022Q: How to remove the Throttle Body Assembly?
A:
You need to remove the air cleaner resonator and outlet duct and disconnect the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister purge pipe from the throttle control module. Then you need to disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the throttle body control module and remove the throttle control module bolts. After that, you need to remove the throttle body control module and the seal from the intake manifold. Finally, you need to clean the gasket surface.

A:
You need to install a new seal into the intake manifold groove and position the throttle body control module to the intake manifold. Then you need to install the throttle body control module bolts and connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector to the throttle body control module. After that, you need to connect the EVAP canister purge pipe to the throttle body control module. After that, you need to install the air cleaner resonator and outlet duct. Finally, you need to perform the throttle learn procedure.
