You need to disable the SIR system, disconnect the negative battery cable, and remove all related panels and components. Then you need to restore as much of the damage as possible to factory specification, and you need to note the location and remove the sealers and anti-corrosion materials from the repair area, as necessary. After that, you need to locate and drill out all factory welds. Finally, you need to remove the damaged Radiator support.

You need to install the outlet Radiator Hose to the radiator and reposition the outlet radiator hose clamp to the radiator. Then you need to lower the vehicle and install the outlet radiator hose to the thermostat. After that, you need to reposition the outlet radiator hose clamp to the thermostat housing. Finally, you need to fill the cooling system.

You need to drain the cooling system and raise and support the vehicle. Then you need to remove the left wheelhouse liner and remove the radiator inlet hose and the Thermostat housing bolts. After that, you need to remove the thermostat housing from the engine block, and clean and inspect the thermostat housing and the sealing surface of the engine block.
