    16450-R40-A01 came on California rated models and is the correct one for the supplied vin, the Y01 came on all non Calif models. They do not supersede but are most likely interchangeable. Both p/n's are available

    Both 16450-R40-A01 and 16450-R40-Y01 are original Honda parts and they are both new. There is no difference in-between the two only the part numbers interchange due to new manufacturer for Honda. 16450-R40-Y01 is the newer number.
