    Does part number 11200-5MH-A00 include the gasket? I didn't see it listed. Also, when looking at the diagram, there are multiple "oil plugs". Not sure which item to order.

    The oil pan, part number 11200-5MH-A00 does not use a rubber gasket. It uses what Honda calls ultraflange. It is an RTV type sealant, the part number for the ultra flange is 08718-0009. That is what you'll need.
