The procedure is to partially drain the cooling system, reposition the hose clamp from the water outlet housing, remove the radiator inlet hose, remove the water outlet housing bolts, remove the water outlet housing and O-ring seal, remove the thermostat and clean and inspect the water outlet housing O-ring seal mating surfaces.

You can install the thermostat, the O-ring seal, and the water outlet housing, install the water outlet housing bolts and the radiator inlet hose, reposition and install the hose clamp to the water outlet housing and fill the cooling system.

You can install the Water Pump and a new gasket, tighten the water pump bolts, install the drive belt, install the battery tray and battery and fill the cooling system.
Q: What is the proper way to install the coolant recovery reservoir (RPO LS4)?
A:
You can install the coolant recovery reservoir, install the nuts to the shock tower studs, lubricate the reservoir hose with clean water, install the Coolant Reservoir hose, position the coolant reservoir hose clamp to the radiator overflow hose fitting, install the front fender upper diagonal brace and fill the coolant recovery reservoir to the proper level.
Q: What is the proper way to install the electric cooling fan motor?
A:
You can install the engine Cooling Fan Motor, the cooling fan motor bolts, the cooling fan motor nuts, and the new engine cooling fan blade, turn the fan motor drive plate in the same direction as the arrow, rotate the cooling fan blade, and install the fan shroud assembly.
